mom’s sweet & sour pepper slaw
dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
slaw:
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup jalapeño pepper, minced
6 cups coleslaw
1. Place dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Stir with a whisk and set aside.
2. Combine slaw ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour dressing over slaw, tossing to coat.
