I love double chocolate zucchini cake.
Yum!!!
Yeah! I am already celebrating and did not even know it. Last night we had a veggie platter, including raw zucchini, with hummus and baba ganoush. Tonight I am planning to make raw zucchini noodles with mango dressing from Fully Raw Kristina (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIpIHGfSSeo). Yum! My favorite way to eat the zukes are breaded and fried, though!
Love zucchini noodles! Baba ganoush would be one food I would request if I were stranded on a deserted island and granted wishes. 😉
